In the last few months I heard where people run to there pastors to give them the information about what God is saying… Now here is what I know…
WE ARE IN NO WAY SUPPOSED TO RUN TO PASTORS, PROPHETS, PREACHERS OR EVEN TEACHERS TO FIND TRUTH…
I did a post, Knowledge, Who needs it?…
“My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge…” (Hosea 4:6 NKJV)
Now I ask: Why do we need the approval of people?
Are we not just approval addicts, seeking approval from everyone around us? AND are we not just running to find easy answer and not checking IF THEY ARE LYING TO US?
The Bible warns us that a time of false prophets and teachers are coming… and that these will undergo greater judgement. When we read James 3, we find that it is not wise to all teach… Now how do you find the a false teacher if they also quote scripture?
Remember:
We are not about religion and rules… WE ARE ABOUT RELATIONSHIP.
Now even false teachers will tell us that Jesus died for our sins… But looking at the time where Martin Luther lived… Back then only the rabbis could understand the bible due to learning the original languages… Now: Do you think that it is fair for people to PAY TO GET THEIR SINS FORGIVEN, if God send HIS ONLY Son so we could all be free…
Nowadays it still happens…. One teachers says there is no hell, while a other says that only their church is true… I am seriously getting over the fact that pastors leave a false teachers to do what they want…. What happened to the day where a rebuke is done so that the person knows that he is known as teaching false teachings?
“If your brother sins, go and show him his fault in private; if he listens to you, you have won your brother. But if he does not listen to you, take one or two more with you, so that BY THE MOUTH OF TWO OR THREE WITNESSES EVERY FACT MAY BE CONFIRMED. If he refuses to listen to them, tell it to the church; and if he refuses to listen even to the church, let him be to you as a Gentile and a tax collector.” (Matt 18:15-17 NASB)
Is it not seen as a fault if a person is doing false teaching? Or is false teaching nowadays seen as good teaching and not a fault?
I am going to teach about a lot of stuff… And yes I do know my judgement will be more severe in the end… So I will have to be very sure that the stuff I say is not false… I will always get input on the teachings I do. And if I make mistakes, which I most likely will at some point I WILL APOLOGIZE… I am not going to stand behind the pastors and wait for them to one day do something… Now I will start doing what I believe is part of each our rights… I WILL START CORRECTING WHERE CORRECTION IS NEEDED… Now do not get me wrong, I am not saying judge people because they make a mistake, and do not just go out without a witness, and confirmation that when correcting, it is because of God…
