My Story
I would like to share a bit of my story… As my story may give some hope to those who are struggling with rejection and pain. I believe people can be set free from the hold that it can have on us…

While we grow up we go through many things… There are things we all wish we never went through… This to me is some of those things… But I am thankful that I was given the strength to endure this… So now I am able to testify of God’s goodness and reach people in similar situations… And, if I am honest, I do not believe I would be able to do what I do today if it wasn’t for this happening…
Rejection and Pain
In my life I struggled a lot with rejection… I was never one of the “cool” crowd, or the popular people… I would have to “buy” friendship, if I had things to share, everyone cared… This is only because they wanted what I could share… At that point I didn’t realize that I was messed up a bit and that I wanted people to approve… I FEARED BEING ALONE AND BEING REJECTED. This didn’t change soon after…
My response to Rejection and Pain
Rejection caused pain, and the pain was unbearable… So in high school I decided I do not want to feel anything anymore… In the process I blocked out experiencing God and started, unintentionally at that point, to hurt people, those who said they cared… I only last year started getting over the fear of rejection when I met this one girl. We just got along, and could talk for hours. A few weeks prior to this I met another person, with whom I also became friends…
My relapse
Shortly after I met the above two people, I had a bit of a difficult time… I unfortunately have a mean streak, especially when I get into the dark of depression… Well, this is when I lost the last mentioned person, as this person couldn’t deal with how I was… The first became one of my closest friend… Why do I mention these two people? First of all, I was abandoned most of the time when it needed a friend… However the one that stayed became one of my best friends…
When we have people in our lives, whom are going through a difficult time, what should we do? Unfortunately there is a big chance that if we push them away, they will experience rejection… We need to know first of all, most people who are struggling are afraid and unsure about asking for help… They are afraid of being judged and afraid of more rejection and pain… Secondly, if we cannot help someone, we need to ask God to guide us in what we are allowed to do…
Society tells us: “Real men do not cry”. I want to tell you that this is a lie. I do cry , PAIN HURTS AND ABANDONMENT IS SERIOUSLY PAINFUL. So I cried, I went into tears a few times, and EVERY TIME I cried, I HAD HEALING TAKE PLACE. I needed to cry to get to the root of the pain many a time, but pain will hurt… Emotional pain even more that physical pain. The Bible also mentions that Jesus cried and that many times He was moved with compassion before He did many of His miracles.
Then tears streamed down Jesus’ face. (John 11:35)
A friend by my side
My best friend is the only person I have found that HAVE accepted just the way I am, I do anger her at some points. I have mistreated her at different occasions and I said many things to her I regret, YET she never gave up on me, she stood by me, encouraged me and ALWAYS built me up to become a better person. And today I do not know how I would have ever gotten to the place I am, if I didn’t have someone, who would actually care enough to stick with me, even when I became rude and mean. So again I mention:
When we have people in our lives, whom are going through a difficult time, what should we do? Unfortunately there is a big chance that if we push them away, they will experience rejection… We need to know first of all, most people who are struggling are afraid and unsure about asking for help… They are afraid of being judged and afraid of more rejection and pain… Secondly, if we cannot help someone, we need to ask God to guide us in what we are allowed to do…
Different people, different struggles

Your struggles might not feel like it that hard, but someone out there might go through hell in that same situation. In that situation WE can help the person who is struggling more than us, because we already have victory in a situation. But we should not just wait for victory in every area before we help, WHEN we share with others, we are taught ourselves, and we will grow as well. According to 1 Cor 1, we do not need to be strong, wise or perfect, but we do need to be open and ready. God uses those who struggle to change the world.
I WAS ONE OF THOSE NOT SO WISE,, NOR STRONG, NOR PERFECT PEOPLE THAT GOD CHOSE TO HELP THOSE AROUND ME. My blog started out of a struggle, not from a victory, I CHOSE to look at victory.

GOD BLESS and remember GOD MADE YOU TO BE AMAZING.
