Struggles we carry
In this past couple of days I have seen the people around me in a very new light… It was like Holy Spirit showed me the struggles and burdens of the people around me… I saw a weary group of people… They were tired and heavily burdened… In some of the cases it was as if the weight was so real that the person physically looked like they are carrying a burden…
I felt God leading my to this video, and I had no idea why when I saw this video at first…

While watching this, I saw a man burdened… A man who carries heavy burdens. And no one has been talking to him… No one has asked how he is really doing… And a fight on our own normally leads to more sin…
We see that he is cheating on his wife. However, as the video continues, the rest of the video shows that he feels ashamed and needs a savior. God came and gave him relieve.
My story about my struggles
In my life there were times, sometimes yearly when I carried heavy burdens… Carried depression… Even sometimes carried death around… By death I mean I felt like it would be better if I was dead… I had no one to talk to… In the end this caused me much pain, and I carried heavy on these.
Some of my biggest challenges were:
Loneliness
Rejection
Anger
Hatred
Unforgiveness
Depression
The friends I made at some point wanted to quit on me, as I looked like a hopeless situation…
What I have found
We always want some sort of relieve, BUT God wants Him to be that relieve. When we struggle we tend to hide away and become lonely… We do not want to talk about it, as we feel shame… And in the end, we end up where we should not be… ISOLATED…
So last night I met up with a group of people, who were exactly here… And in the course of the night many of them got freedom and were refreshed… They got touched by God and their lives changed for the better…
WHY NOT SEEK HELP?
WHY NOT ASK GOD FOR HELP?
AND WHY NOT ASK SOMEONE FOR HELP?
A big realization
Here is what I realized a while ago, I NEED HELP… Yes, I did say I need help. Sometimes when I go through stuff I become rude and mean and I tend to say stuff that I would regret at a later stage… When I go through struggles, I tend to lose “friends”, and I stopped trusting people and I set the bar very high to protect myself from getting hurt.
I mentioned my best friend in a prior post. It was because of this best friend that I am able to continue on today. I never thought I would ever meet someone, who can actually change my day, just by being in her presence. I thought I would just be alone, and I had peace with it, but today I know I do not have to be. And I can talk to her and she will always listen, and for that I am grateful.
How I found peace
I now have a chance to tell you how I found peace in a time I had depression. I know that sometimes I do not want to believe it, but I do know it works. Last night we were about 10 people together, and some were weary and heavy burdened. I had no reason to not believe they can’t have peace because I got peace. So here is what I want to ask you:
HOW ARE YOU REALLY DOING? and I mean: How are you REALLY doing?
I am not referring to a general answer like I always give: “I’m OK?”. Knowing my life tends to fall apart, I would just say “I’m OK?”… but this is the lie I believed I had to tell, just so people would actually care, and not run away, but a true friend will never run away and will always try to help.
So I would suggest a save group of friends or family, who you believe can hear God AND GIVE GOD’S PERSPECTIVE IN ANY SITUATION. In this way you have a group of people who can meet once a week or even a few times a month. The more regular, the better it would be, because struggles tend to happen daily and if we can handle them in due time then we can actually have a joyful life and we do not have to stress or even carry our load on our own.
The best would be that you have such a relationship with this group that when you are in trouble, you can send them a message instantly and they can pray for you… Prayer is powerful as can be… And with that you may have someone who is willing to meet up one on one, and you can deal with this issue…
THE BIGGEST THING TO ALWAYS REMEMBER IS THAT YOU DO NOT HAVE TO CARRY A LOAD ON YOUR OWN.
REMEMBER

Remember that even though an ant is strong, it will never be able to survive on its own. Animals tend to understand family and community better than humans, BUT I believe that in the midst of everything we do, we should always have some kind of community available to try and help those around us. This way we also have a community where we can be open and honest about our struggles.
